In your will, you determine freely and personally how much of your estate - cash, securities, property - you wish to leave to the Franziskustreff Foundation or bequeath in the form of a legacy.

You can rest assured: Your legacy or bequest in favour of the Franziskustreff Foundation will benefit the homeless and poor people in Frankfurt - without compromise. There is no gift or inheritance tax. This is because the foundation is recognised as charitable and benevolent. So you are exempt from this.
