Where there's wool, there's a way

Caring and compassion: this is also the common thread that runs through the activities of the knitting ladies.

They are a not-so-loose association of women from the creative circle of the Frankfurt association centred around Marianne Sänger. They are passionate about knitting. Preferably something useful.

For over two decades now, the guests of the Franziskustreff have also benefited from this. They too receive knitted items that at least make cold and ugly winters more bearable.

The warm gifts arrive just in time for Christmas, often accompanied by biscuits. It has long been possible to speak of a whole bundle of good deeds. And everything that helps the homeless and poor counts.

Even a small donation is a great deed. And the team at the Franziskustreff knows from talking to the guests that they appreciate the fact that the benefactors support them wholeheartedly.

So on behalf of the guests, we say: Thank you!
