Sometimes our volunteers have to swallow: when they learn about the hard fates of the guests.
Working with us also means meeting people among our guests who are sad, desperate or angry about their life situation.
An experienced core team provides support: housekeeping manager Katrin Renz and the head of the Franziskustreff, Brother Michael. They manage the processes. They are always there for the volunteers - for you. They provide answers to problems and questions. Always. Your suggestions for improvement - whether in terms of housekeeping logistics or dealing with guests - are important to you, to all of us.
